I wanted to illustrate the challenges and complexities of online dating within the LGBTQ+ community as a concept for Wired Magazine. The illustration features a person scrolling through a dating app, facing rejection and discriminatory behavior from other users, being apathetic and affecting his own environment. The project also highlights the importance of self-care and resilience when navigating the online dating world. The illustration aims to spark conversation and promote empathy and understanding within the community.
